Please submit a return request through your eBay dashboard and you will be provided with the proper return label. BEST OFFERS If Best Offer is available, you will find a button under Buy It Now. Many of our listings are already marked at the lowest available price, and will not have the Best Offer feature in place. We are more than happy to consider all offers, but please make sure it is a fair price on both ends. If you are sending a BEST OFFER and then decide to BUY IT NOW instead, please cancel your offer to avoid confusion and double charging. SHIPPING We only ship to the United States, specifically the 48 contiguous states: we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. We do not ship to APO/FPO and prefer a physical address rather than a P.O. Box, as our larger packages are sent via Fedex/UPS. We provide a tracking number for all purchases. FEEDBACK We leave positive feedback for all buyers upon shipping. We ask that if you are not satisfied with our product or service, please contact us so we have the chance to fix the issue before you leave neutral or negative feedback. CONTACT US We strive to review offers and answer questions quickly, but please be aware that we are a brick and mortar business with retail hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST. Messages submitted late in the day will be answered the next business day, and weekend messages may not be answered until the following Monday.
