All were tested and only the ones with tensile strength were included. 18 spin pins with rough edges and chipped paint. 7 plastic hair pins. 2 Barrettes. 1/3 full opened packet of black rubber bands. Also included is a ponytail ornament for repair. The elastic band or tie is missing.
